Mentally preparing definitely helped me have a better race than other ones. For sure going to mentally prepare more for state. There's good, better, best- today was a better race. It wasn't best because I didn't finish. I let the 2 dhills girls beat me and didn't put up my best fight. But man state is gonna have the best finish!! My positive was that I was progressive throughout the whole race and passed girls instead of getting passed. The cowbells helped push me and everyone cheered like a solid team does!!
