Nice morning run with plyos after. 20 min//2.3 mi

Workout Wednesday!! 4 striders, 5x3:45 sec, 4 striders. Some good packing! Could've ended stronger, but got new girls leading for a bit like Jada! Jess is an awesome leader and I know our team can be up there with her! Good pushes at start and end helped a lot! Mentally preparing will help for racing too. 70 min//8.2 mi
