Ran Foremaster loop + 8x100 hills. Like always my feet were on fire down Foremaster but it got better. The hills were good practice for form. Finished with Roberts and that felt good. Love long morning runs. 70 min//8.5 mi

20 min chill on grass. Found that Julien has longer hair than me and that it's fun to run with it down!! 2.2 mi

Ran up Turkey farm road. Good till the slow uphill I fell off Roberts and ran with Maycee. She's awesome, we were going to flip when we saw Roberts and a few others flip, but Mayc said "let's just get to the sign then flip!" She really goes above average! Ran down, to Arctic Circle to cool, then back with Jess. Ok run, need to stick with the top group tho if that's how I wanna race. 55 min/6.2 mi

Workout at Bloomington Hills! Main focus was to PACK and FINISH which we did! At first it was just packing but our finish wasn't as fast as it should've been. So we worked on that and had great finishes for our 1:30 and 2:15 times. Now that we packed so well for a workout, I know we can in our races. 65 min//7 mi

Weights and run, 15 min//1.7 mi

Run to Sullivan Park and flipped. Stayed up with Roberts for about 2/3 of the run. Most important, I didn't finish with him. So lots to learn from today! My legs were super tired and I just didn't wanna push it again. Need to be up there, have to, to reach our team goals. 50 min//5.6 mi

Another great workout for the week! Dirt mile: 45 sec more than 5k pace, then bringing it down to 5k pace in 15 min. Good packing, and switching the leaders helped sooo much! Every 3 min new leaders picked up the pace. The beginning was a little off but we got into it well and ended strong. Cooled around Urie circle. 60 min//7.1 mi

Ran at the state course while I was up North for Mike's race. There was some kind of Utes race going on but they ran on the road the whole time so I just ran on the grass and stayed out of their way haha. Ran the course loop twice and tried to hit parts I struggle at hard. The top of the hills, downhill, and last 800 I gave extra pushes. Got me really pumped for state!! Also the stream water by the hidden trail at the end tastes really good, hopefully it wasn't bad..solid run tho! Paced myself to around 7:45 cause that's how our recovery/non-workout runs should be! 50 min//6.5 mi
