Aerobic run with 2x10 min tempos. Ran into Heck's hole and looped it. Felt peppy today so it was a solid run! Ran with Jess for the first but then she stopped to fix her shoe and ran the rest without shoes haha. Caroline killed it the second and pushed through her stomach pain! And Roberts paced us! 70 min//8.5 mi

Ran late cause I was gone all day, but it was good! Heel is feeling better. 15 min//1.9 mi

Ran to/on Sullivan Park and back. Good runnin! Coach led through a nice visualization, really calmed any nerves I had. 40 min//4.8 mi

First race! Wasn't what I expected of myself cause I just didn't accept the pain like I should've. Got out good, first lap just behind Caroline and Jess, lost them the second. My heel hurt from the start, but I tried to focus on the pack instead which helped! When Alli and El passed me the second lap I knew I need to start moving more. On the last downhill I pushed more and passed Trinity and finished behind Ellie! Glad I finished strong. Improve on listening to coaches during the race and like Addi did, when the pain comes run harder. So proud of our team, everyone gave it their all! 50 min//6.5 mi

Took it easier today cause my heel was hurting a lot more from yesterday. On the upside my painful heel makes me focus more on my form and landing on my toes! Turned early and ran 30. Ran with Carson for the last 10, he's sick so he flipped early too. Good talk, he's gonna go pro someday. I can totally see it. 30 min//3.5 mi

45 + 6 striders before leaving for camp. 50 min//5.7 mi

Ran up super green and super big hills in Beaver canyon! Had the most majestic views and saw herds of goats running down the mountain. Went through straight fog as we kept going up, got really hard to keep running. Half walked, but we made it to 12,169 feet! Freezing on the way down, but still super fun! Missed Roberts running with us, really wished he could've came! But we'll have lots more tough runs this season! 72 min//4 mi

First ever 3rd run of the day was amazing too! Ran our 60 min run tonight at like 10:45. Hilly but fun! SAW 2 SHOOTING STARS!! But the highlight was when, before we flipped to finish the run, we each picked a star and made a wish. Plus the lightning was cool to see at night too. 60 min//6 mi

Loved renegade camp and so ready to work hard, hurt, and have fun to reach our team goals! Everyone one of us are compelled and because of that we will reach them!!
