| | Ran the sand hill trail and it was really hard. Started off good and ended good, it's the middle I need to work on the most! Around 16 to top of hill and 22:30 overall? Haha just basing it off of Ellie's but slower, and s/o to her she killed it! Also Gracie for sticking in there, it was fun to have her with us! Run back felt great with a good push, love quicker finishes I think they'll help a lot! And glad we found Mace, Ness, and Jada before they died of heat exhaustion. Jk they were fine! 85 min//8.5 mi |

| | Ran later cause I got up early to hike angels landing with my fam! But actually ran 15 min down with my sis, Kris, when it got smoother. Felt so dead when I started running from home. After 25 min, I felt like my legs were gonna give out. I finished the best I could to 30 min and stopped. Disappointed with that run but felt like I did my best. A lot of rest and hydration will boost me for tomorrow's workout hopefully! 45 min//5.73 mi Ps Coaches- sorry for the late notice of not being able to come this morning! |

| | Workout on the grass- 6x1:00 (3xtempo, 3xthreshold), 2x(5x30 sec CV), 6x1:00 (3xthreshold, 3xtempo). Great group which was awesome! Next time we have dirt mile tempo that group, or even bigger, will be with us! | | Met at the Vernon Worthin park to run backwards on the marathon route. Felt really great, rolling out and stretching helped my heel loosen up. Ran with Roberts, had some good talk! 50 min + 8 striders//6.2 mi |
