Solid paced run and plyos and GOOD yoga, 20 min//2.6 mi 15 min and 5 striders to warm. Then workout on grass loop! Honestly it was a lot harder than I thought. 4x2:45 repeats at 3k (5:40-50 min/mi) and 4x200s fast to finish. Stayed with Jess and Caroline, and even led for a little which was a confidence booster!
