Run + plyos + yoga! Love seeing more and more girls come in the mornings!! 20 min//2.4 mi Dirt mile workout- 5 striders the 15 min from 5k+45sec to 5k pace (6 min/mi). Every 3 min we shifted and switched leaders. For me it was a lot better than the first, finished with the group and made it farther. Could've used a 5th girl at the end, but it will keep getting better! Awesome group for the majority! My favorite part was when Caroline led us in yelling NXN NXN to get the group to pack! 60 min//7.2 mi |
