Ran to/on Sullivan Park and back. Good runnin! Coach led through a nice visualization, really calmed any nerves I had. 40 min//4.8 mi

First race! Wasn't what I expected of myself cause I just didn't accept the pain like I should've. Got out good, first lap just behind Caroline and Jess, lost them the second. My heel hurt from the start, but I tried to focus on the pack instead which helped! When Alli and El passed me the second lap I knew I need to start moving more. On the last downhill I pushed more and passed Trinity and finished behind Ellie! Glad I finished strong. Improve on listening to coaches during the race and like Addi did, when the pain comes run harder. So proud of our team, everyone gave it their all! 50 min//6.5 mi
