Ran at the state course while I was up North for Mike's race. There was some kind of Utes race going on but they ran on the road the whole time so I just ran on the grass and stayed out of their way haha. Ran the course loop twice and tried to hit parts I struggle at hard. The top of the hills, downhill, and last 800 I gave extra pushes. Got me really pumped for state!! Also the stream water by the hidden trail at the end tastes really good, hopefully it wasn't bad..solid run tho! Paced myself to around 7:45 cause that's how our recovery/non-workout runs should be! 50 min//6.5 mi |
