Orem tiger trials!! Cooold meet with some wind but no rain:) The 1600 was pretty good, need to work on 2nd lap keeping it solid after the first. But most of all to just keep fighting, got a 5:12, 4th. S/o to Jada for pr'ing a good amount and winning her heat!! First lap of 800 I tried to get in the mix towards the front of the group but by the second lap I was already getting passed a lot. Last 300 I ran alone and ended with 2:28. Tiring race but it'll get better! Lastly, the 4x400! Jada and Caroline started awesome with 1:04/5's then to Jos, then me. Got around a 1:05. Around 65 min total/7.8 mi |
