Morning workout. The warm-up and 5 tempo hurt really bad and had to stop once but I realized it didn't hurt when I picked my feet up faster and got moving. The first set of 200, 400, 800, 400, 200 hurt a bit because my foot burned. The second was the opposite! Totally normal and I was able to finish those repeats with faster splits! Good workout, everyone did good today! 65 min/7.8 mi Replaced afternoon run with biking. Went with my sister about 8 miles it was really fun :) |
