Long progression run to past Dixie rock! Had a hard start/middle with my heel. Trying not to limp so I don't injure my other foot haha. But it got better, and the weather was amazing. Started at about 8 min/mile pace and made our way down to finish at 6:40 min/mi. Lots of downhill the way back so that accounts for the huge gap.
