First dirt mile workout! 20 min warm-up then right into 25 min tempo. Had an AWESOME pack for the first 10-15 min. A lot of freshies too! Last 5 of tempo with Jess and Roberts felt good. Hard towards the end to keep the pace against the wind. Robert's positive comment- feeling good to push hard and hurt a little- was a good boost! Positivity is soooo effective! 15 to cool.
