20 min morning went slower than usual cause I was super sore..probably still from the relays/2.2 D-hills race day! I need to work on my 2 mile and 800 but I'm taking the ACT so I ran the mile today! 15 warm up. For the first 1100 meters I stuck on Sarah then the last lap hit me and I didn't stay mentally strong. My laps were around 1:13.5, 1:19.8, 1:18.8, 1:19.8. Time was 5:11:58 So last lap best lap really does make a difference! 38 min cool. 58 min total/ 6.6 mi (guess) |
