Workout at dirt mile. Just jess, El, ry, Al, and I today cause Caroline's sick:( 20 warm-up with 5 striders, 2x7:00 at 5k, then cool to finish. Really good packing! Switched leaders halfway for each and our finishes were faster. We hit our pace of about 6:15. 60 min//7.3 mi

Solid paced run and plyos and GOOD yoga, 20 min//2.6 mi

15 min and 5 striders to warm. Then workout on grass loop! Honestly it was a lot harder than I thought. 4x2:45 repeats at 3k (5:40-50 min/mi) and 4x200s fast to finish. Stayed with Jess and Caroline, and even led for a little which was a confidence booster! It was awesome to have Gracie and Jaden with us too!! Excited for region next week our team is gonna beast n feast! 10 to cool. 65 min//7.5 mi

Solid morning run, went the farthest ever! 20 min//2.6

Region at Sand Hollow Golf course! Mentally preparing definitely helped me have a better race than other ones. For sure going to mentally prepare more for state. There's good, better, best- today was a better race. It wasn't best because I didn't finish. I let the 2 dhills girls beat me and didn't put up my best fight. But man state is gonna have the best finish!! My positive was that I was progressive throughout the whole race and passed girls instead of getting passed. The cowbells helped push me and everyone cheered like a solid team does!! Also pr'd by 27 sec so that was cool, but there is more I need to do. Much needed scolding and getting put back in line talk by awesome coaches! Grateful for the lessons today so we can be ready for state!! 50 min//6.5 mi

Workout at Bloomington hills. Big thanks to the team for doing it early :) 10 min tempo went well with good packing. Then 3x2 min (8k, 5k, 8k pace), 4x1 min (5k, 3k, 5k, 3k pace). Everyone did so well at pushing around the right pace and switching leaders. We're ready to PACK like this at STATE!! 65 min//8.2
