Easy morning run. 25 min//3 mi

(Guesses on miles)

Workout before the lake! 15 min warm then into the 4,5,4,5 min fast tempos, almost threshold pace. Got really hard for me on the third, especially cause it was uphill. The last was the best tho cause I finished strong with Caroline and Jess! Loved having tavin and cooper with us they pushed the pack good!! Everyone did awesome, from Maycee with her push up the hill to Caroline's leading. 65 min//7.3 mi

Long run was pretty good! Loved the trail, running back was hard but I didn't hyperventilate like last year so that's progress! Slow miles, but we worked hard! Good times :) 90 min//8 mi

Chill run on same trail! Singing songs about hot logs and talking with Miles makes a fun run. 25 min//3 mi

Last run at camp:( down and up the long hill! Flipped with Caroline, El, and Roberts but lost Caroline and Ellie after a little. Pushed on my own, but couldn't catch Ry. At the top of one long hill Ry waited for me and we finished the last 10-15 together, picking up Ness towards the end! Great way to finish off camp!! 60 min//6 mi

Ran to Sullivan park, down the trail for a little then flipped. Super tired from the week. Negative split towards end. My sister, Kris joined me after like 3 miles so that made the run a lot better! Heel hurt a little, iced and stretched it afterwards. 60 min//7.32 mi

Aerobic run with 2x10 min tempos. Ran into Heck's hole and looped it. Felt peppy today so it was a solid run! Ran with Jess for the first but then she stopped to fix her shoe and ran the rest without shoes haha. Caroline killed it the second and pushed through her stomach pain! And Roberts paced us! 70 min//8.5 mi

Ran late cause I was gone all day, but it was good! Heel is feeling better. 15 min//1.9 mi

Ran to/on Sullivan Park and back. Good runnin! Coach led through a nice visualization, really calmed any nerves I had. 40 min//4.8 mi

First race! Wasn't what I expected of myself cause I just didn't accept the pain like I should've. Got out good, first lap just behind Caroline and Jess, lost them the second. My heel hurt from the start, but I tried to focus on the pack instead which helped! When Alli and El passed me the second lap I knew I need to start moving more. On the last downhill I pushed more and passed Trinity and finished behind Ellie! Glad I finished strong. Improve on listening to coaches during the race and like Addi did, when the pain comes run harder. So proud of our team, everyone gave it their all! 50 min//6.5 mi

Took it easier today cause my heel was hurting a lot more from yesterday. On the upside my painful heel makes me focus more on my form and landing on my toes! Turned early and ran 30. Ran with Carson for the last 10, he's sick so he flipped early too. Good talk, he's gonna go pro someday. I can totally see it. 30 min//3.5 mi

45 + 6 striders before leaving for camp. 50 min//5.7 mi

Ran up super green and super big hills in Beaver canyon! Had the most majestic views and saw herds of goats running down the mountain. Went through straight fog as we kept going up, got really hard to keep running. Half walked, but we made it to 12,169 feet! Freezing on the way down, but still super fun! Missed Roberts running with us, really wished he could've came! But we'll have lots more tough runs this season! 72 min//4 mi

First ever 3rd run of the day was amazing too! Ran our 60 min run tonight at like 10:45. Hilly but fun! SAW 2 SHOOTING STARS!! But the highlight was when, before we flipped to finish the run, we each picked a star and made a wish. Plus the lightning was cool to see at night too. 60 min//6 mi

Loved renegade camp and so ready to work hard, hurt, and have fun to reach our team goals! Everyone one of us are compelled and because of that we will reach them!!

Long run through Foremaster and kinda everywhere. Felt really good, tho my heel hurt at first. Roberts set a great pace. Today I really tried to train my mentality by focusing on just running. It helped and I think it will in races too. 80 min//9.5 mi

Workout at Bloomington Hills park! Big focus on the pack helped a lot!! When u put your mind to it you won't fall off. A little slow on the first one but I think we hit them better for the rest. The last was solid. Our team's gonna kill desert relays!! 70 min//8 mi

Desert Relays! I was 3rd leg with Jess and Caroline. Finished 2nd but pr'd from my last time by 2 seconds, 4:57 so that's good. And s/o to Alli who beat my old time , by 4 seconds with a 4:55, she's beast!! Proud of our team for taking both titles! 45 min//5.5 mi

Last all-nighter was a good time! I think I ran like 5 miles and 2 400s. About 45 min//5.5 mi

Ps- learned that Jada has legit dancing skills, Tanner's a pro guitar player, Sarah likes to run track barefoot, Julien does like 300 push-ups a day, and everyone can throw left handed farther than me haha

Long run in the nice morning, parkway loop. A bit slower than we should've been at first, but picked it up with Ad and El and Sylvia later. Then Rylee fell and she was a beast and jumped up right after and kept running!! Tempo was good, ran towards green springs and flipped to fill in time. 80 min//9.5 mi

Great workout at the dirt mile. Did 5 striders then workout; 2x4:30, 2x2:30, 1:15. It was awesome cause we always had at least 5 girls in the front pack! But there's so much room for a bigger pack next time. Loved everyone's pushing, and Addi's stood out to me, she is always workin it. 65 min//7.5 mi

Ran with Mayc, she's amazing. 20 min//2.3 mi

Ran with Ellie at every stop light to get our minutes in cause we both needed to be places. Roberts told me something that stuck; when we run faster/better when it hurts or it's tiring, we gain confidence!! We flipped before the others, then did 6 striders on the field. Hard run for me, slacking on sleep. 55 min//6.4 mi

Race day at the SUU course!! First off JV girls did awesome!! So proud of all of them and how hard they worked, even if it meant running farther than planned haha. We warmed 15 and did 5 tempo. Got off in a good spot by Ry, starting in the top 10. First thought and last thought in my head for the race was finish. Coach's comment to finish felt implanted in my brain. Big difference from Ceder cause I kept pushing when Ellie got up to me. We worked together the last half of the last lap. Finished strong, like the rest of the girls! Pr'd by 18 sec from Ceder cause I pushed with the team as we packed like a fist!! Also loved our team talk afterwards, those will bring us together. 50 min//6.5 mi

Positive: Responded to coaches', finished better

Work on: Growth mindset when facing hard things (hills, someone ahead/passing)

Ran Foremaster loop + 8x100 hills. Like always my feet were on fire down Foremaster but it got better. The hills were good practice for form. Finished with Roberts and that felt good. Love long morning runs. 70 min//8.5 mi

Ran up Turkey farm road. Good till the slow uphill I fell off Roberts and ran with Maycee. She's awesome, we were going to flip when we saw Roberts and a few others flip, but Mayc said "let's just get to the sign then flip!" She really goes above average! Ran down, to Arctic Circle to cool, then back with Jess. Ok run, need to stick with the top group tho if that's how I wanna race. 55 min/6.2 mi

Workout at Bloomington Hills! Main focus was to PACK and FINISH which we did! At first it was just packing but our finish wasn't as fast as it should've been. So we worked on that and had great finishes for our 1:30 and 2:15 times. Now that we packed so well for a workout, I know we can in our races. 65 min//7 mi

Run to Sullivan Park and flipped. Stayed up with Roberts for about 2/3 of the run. Most important, I didn't finish with him. So lots to learn from today! My legs were super tired and I just didn't wanna push it again. Need to be up there, have to, to reach our team goals. 50 min//5.6 mi
