Junior runner for the Pine View cross country and track team!
Run on my own around the fields. Super pretty morning with some rain! Felt really good to just clear my head and just run:) 65 min
20 min morning run
65 hilly run! We did hills at old man hills and did 2x(4x80 sec) started out with 7 pace then down to 6 for the finish. Felt great to do a hill workout again! Didn't have watch so my distance is my guess..
Had the Ortho at 4 so I ran 15 min of my run while everyone stretched then did 15 with the team and 15 on my own. Nice chill run
400s workout hitting 1:35-40. Had an awesome group and did 12! It felt very nice, but I need to work on not flat tiring people cause I keep doing that..

8o min long run! Loop through Washington fields and through Sandburgs. Had the pick-ups which felt good! Fun run!!
