Met up with the girls at Sullivan park. Calfs are still really tight but felt so much better after the run! We ran on the grass for the last 15 minutes but my feet were gonna fall off so I put my shoes on. 55 min/6 mi

Ran the long run today instead of tomorrow with the girls up in the dhill's hills haha. Hard to get started but it got better as we went! I love the girls, definitely couldn't run with anyone better!! Also got some grass running in which felt so good. 75 min/7.5 mi

S/o to Ness and Carli for their pr's in the mile! Ness hit her goal and broke 6 by 5 sec!!!!!!

20 easy morning run/2.25 mi

Distance carnival at dhills today! Chill meet but it was fun! The 4x1600 was pretty windy for half the track so had to push the first 200 more to make up for the last. I didn't make up for it tho haha, ended with 5:26. 2 mile later with all the girls! Had a pretty solid pack for the first 3-4 laps. Then split a bit. Jess and I broke some wind for Caroline but we were too slow for her! She killed it and and qualified ending in the 11:30s!! I fell a ton in the last 2 laps again..Got a big stomach ache and ended with 11:53. My cold really kicked in:/ Goals for next time and how: Get same split for both miles and practice everyday finishing stronger! 60 min/7.5 mi

50 min morning run because of the youngster track meet. Ran at a little past Target and back. Felt awesome and finished faster! Glad we're doing that cause I really need to work on that in races. Around 6.5 mi

Parkway loop this morning! We did 5 min and 10 min tempos, then 5x30 sec hills. It felt really good!! Quick feet up the hills helped the most! 75 min/9.2 mi
